What is Youth Fest?
YOUTH FEST is composed of young people from the ages of 11-18 from the Illinois and Indiana area. It is a fun-packed two-day festival designed to assist the youth director in carrying out his/her God-given mandate of enhancing leadership skills in their youth through the means of recognition and development of inherent gifts. We offer 27 different exciting categories for youth to choose: writing, public speaking, music, drama, sports, etc.
Through the use of competition we inspire youth to diligently prepare an entry; and than we award winners with beautiful medals and trophies in an Olympic-style manner. All of this is provided in an exciting, enthusiastic, and power-filled atmosphere on a local college campus.
In our endeavor to be salt of the earth, and a light to the world, our objective is to inspire teens to use their personal gifts to impact society, leading to personal fulfillment, and ultimately glorifying God.
Finally, we want to encourage fellowship among diverse Christian assemblies that the world may know of our love one for another.
